At Oakcha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If a scent isn't the right fit for you, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit.
